Learn more about Yoga Therapy and me
What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga therapy is a complementary approach supporting a wide range of physical and psychological conditions.
It becomes particularly relevant when the system is under prolonged strain—whether through chronic pain, fatigue, stress-related disorders, or long-term health conditions.
It may be applied, for example, in:
Stress-related and psychological conditions
(anxiety, depression, burnout, sleep disturbances)Musculoskeletal issues
(chronic pain, inflammation, spinal conditions)Neurological and autoimmune conditions
(such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, Crohn’s disease, Hashimoto’s)Cardiovascular imbalances
often influenced by sustained stress
Rather than applying a standardized method, yoga therapy is adapted to the individual.
It considers not only the condition itself, but how the person responds to effort, recovery, and environmental demands.
The work combines postures, breathing techniques, and attention-based practices, adjusted progressively.
Over time, this develops:
a more precise regulation of effort and rest
greater mental clarity and stability
a grounded and steady state
stronger internal resources
an increased capacity to adapt to physical and emotional stress
The intention is not limited to symptom relief, but to improve the overall functioning of the system—so that daily life becomes more stable, efficient, and sustainable.
Yoga therapy does not replace medical treatment, but works in complementarity with it.
It is recognized by complementary health insurances in Switzerland (ASCA, RME, OrTra TC).

My journey
I am a yoga therapist based in Geneva, specializing in the support of people experiencing fatigue, chronic pain and stress-related conditions.
Over time, I have focused my work on individuals whose bodies no longer respond to conventional approaches—whether due to prolonged stress, physical tension, or recovery after illness. Rather than pushing the body, my work is based on understanding how it functions.
I combine movement, breath and nervous system regulation to help restore balance and improve how you feel and function in your daily life.
Each program is tailored, with the objective of creating sustainable change—not short-term results. My role is to guide you in understanding your body and to provide you with tools that you can use independently.
The aim is not only to feel better during a session, but to build a practice that supports you long-term.
I am trained in yoga therapy and recognized by ASCA and RME. My work is complementary to medical care and can be integrated alongside other treatments.

“I’ve been practicing with Dalia for almost 3 years regularly now. Every class fulfills me with the same pleasure! Dalia is a compassionate teacher who takes care of her students and adapts her classes according to their current needs. Her knowledge of anatomy, her personalized advice, her gentleness, and energy make each class a special moment of self-return, well-being and relaxation. I also recommend participating in her workshops, which cover very interesting topics. These are opportunities to practice more in-depth postures, breathing exercises and meditations on a regular basis. The retreats are also not to be missed: uplifting mood, great hospitality in beautiful places and magnificent yoga practices are waiting for you! » Pauline,
