Therapeutic Yoga Consultation
Personalised support to reduce pain, restore energy, and regulate your nervous system

The consultation is for you if:

  • You feel physically or mentally exhausted despite resting

  • You are recovering from illness (e.g. Long Covid, cancer treatment)

  • You live with chronic pain or persistent tension

  • You experience anxiety, stress or emotional overwhelm

  • You are looking for a structured, therapeutic—not performance-based—approach

Yoga therapy is a personalised approach that uses movement, breath and nervous system regulation to support recovery and improve daily functioning.

Together, we work to:

  • reduce fatigue and restore energy

  • decrease chronic pain and stiffness

  • calm the nervous system

  • improve sleep and recovery capacity

  • rebuild confidence in your body

HOW IT WORKS

The process usually takes place over 6 - 10 individual sessions (60 minutes each).

1. Initial assessment
We evaluate your physical condition, nervous system state, lifestyle and goals.

2. Personalized practice
You receive a tailored program adapted to your needs and daily life.

3. Follow-up and adjustment
Your practice is reviewed, refined and progressively deepened.

The objective is to become independent in your practice and achieve the desired results quickly and efficiently. 

You decide how much time you dedicate to your practice.

The goal is to help you become independent and confident, so you can maintain the benefits long-term.

This work can support people experiencing:

  • Chronic pain (back pain, fibromyalgia, inflammatory conditions)

  • Fatigue and post-illness recovery (including Long Covid)

  • Stress, anxiety and burnout

  • Trauma-related symptoms (PTSD)

  • Depression

  • Support before, during or after cancer treatment

  • Parents of children undergoing medical treatment

Small group and semi-private sessions

Small, focused groups designed to regulate the nervous system, improve mobility and maintain long-term health.

  • Group classe in a company

  • Group classes for all ages from adolescents (concentration, stress management, hormonal balance) to seniors

  • Semi-private sessions adapted to your needs (group of 2 or 3 people)
