Therapeutic Yoga Consultation

What happens during a consultation?

An individual yoga therapy consultation consists of approximately six sessions. Each session lasts 60 minutes.

A tailor-made program is set up based on an assessment of your physical and mental health and on the goals you set. You decide the length of your daily practice depending on your lifestyle. In the following consultations your practice will be reviewed, adapted, and deepened.


The objective is to become independent in your practice and achieve the desired results quickly and efficiently. 

  • Cancer pre-during-post treatment

  • Parents of children with cancer

  • Trauma (PTSD)

  • Generalized anxiety / panic attack

  • Depression

  • Stress management

  • Chronic pain, fibromyalgia, rheumatic spondylarthritis

  • Or other disorders not listed. This list is not exhaustive.

Group and semi-private lessons

  • Group lessons in a company

  • Group lessons for adolescents (concentration, stress management, hormonal balance)

  • Semi-private sessions of adapted yoga (group of 2 or 3 people)
